He has been involved in everything from TV production, localization, and media projects to manga-anime and game-related content, animation, and cross-border collaborations. At the studio, Hai focuses on strategy, partnerships, and making sure creative ideas don't get lost between "sounds great" and "done right." He enjoys turning abstract concepts into practical production plans — preferably with clear timelines and fewer last-minute surprises.
